THE MAGIC
If you write a book about scents and divination, you want to do both: blend and read cards. The special edition comes with a perfume blended according to the finest tradition within olfactory arts and a ceramics talisman that can be used as a scent diffuser.
PERFUME FOR POWER IN VISION
In addition to the essences picked in harmony with the topic of the book, that is to say, in accordance with the basic principles of sympathetic magic, quite a few rare ingredients have also been used: from Socotra and Iranian myrrh and a selection of frankincense oils, among them a rare frankincense vulcain variant, the result of carbon distillation, there are rare roses in the mix, orange blossoms, several extractions of jasmin, Bourbon vanilla, labdanum, spikenard, armoise, and saffron.
These essences form the basis for two profiles: incense and amber, one for vision and the other for looks. We’re here with the Gypsy caravan, albeit in a highly refined form. Whether you will get the amber or the incense perfume is up to the gods. Chance rules here.
The two perfume concentrates were first blended in August 2024, a year ago, under auspicious astral alignments. The purpose was to accompany the Scent and Divination book and confer power of vision to the wearer in both settings, sacred and profane, in divination and in mundane living.
The perfume can be sprayed on the power talisman that also comes with the book, or enjoyed on the skin or ceremonial robes.
Each perfume comes in pocket scent sprayer of ca. 9 ml or 1/4 fluid ounce. The oriental scent is bottled in a black twist container, The incense scent comes in a white box or wrapped in yellow paper.
TALISMAN FOR POWER IN LIVING
The ceramics talisman was crafted when Jupiter was cazimi in June 2025. It features a moon-like surface achieved with the help of soda burning to 950 degrees Celsius. As the pores of the stoneware are still open, the clay not having undergone full vitrification, it is receptive to scents. The talisman is thus a scent diffuser. The indigo logo features the Clavis et Essentia seal, a Key and Essence design by Camelia Elias who uses the stamp as her personal imprint of her initials.
The talisman also features gold edges as an attractor of power in abundance. Spray scents on it, hang it on a wall, or keep it on your altar. The conjured magic into it should aid you in experiencing true power and abundance.
THE HAND TOUCH
The magic that comes with the book is entirely handcrafted by the author, who has patiently waited a whole year for the scent blends to receive proper maturation. As far as the ceramics diffuser is concerned, let’s just say that she ended up buying a brand new kiln just to perform this task.
